"The delivery was 10 minutes late. Drove right past me with details on where the unit was. Came back around and parked and ignored me calling to him and didn't see the BIG number on the building and when he finally does come past me he gives me nothing but attitude that he doesn't have time for this. Really, he doesn't have time. Last time I use this if any Pappa John's. Stay away from this location if you feel like using this chain."

"Worst PJ's experience ever! I ordered online, and an hour later got a call from another PJ's location saying I was not in their delivery area. I explained I ordered from the one 5 minutes from me, so idk how it went to their store. Called the local location and the person who answered the phone couldn't take my order bc their system was not working. I won't be ordering from PJ's any time soon."

"Fountain Hills location is Pick up only . No curbside service. Clean store. Order ahead and pick up from large tray racks with your name on the pizza’s. Very fast and convenient. Parking spaces are limited but seem to always be available. Mediterranean salad ver good."

"This store regularly closes before the hours listed on Google. Today I place a take out order via phone. Their call center processed the order. When I arrived there was a cardboard sign on the door that said “close”. The lights were dimmed but there was a person inside looking at me and ignored me when I knocked. This location in particular is poorly managed. I had the same thing happens a few a weeks ago. I likely won’t go back. It surprising Pizza Hut HQ allows them to stay open under the same franchisee."
