"Came with my girlfriend and sister. Long wait to order, when food came my food was good but my sister and girlfriends was not, they could not even finish it. The most letdown part was the "onion rings," but they were not even battered correctly and falling apart as you can see in the photo."

"Our first visit and all was impressive. Andy was our waitress and was on point. Debbie delivered our food and walked around with a great smile on her face. Justin when a bove and beyond when we asked for directions. He printed out a map for us. All 3 were professional and very friendly. Definitely an asset to the business."

"We asked if the patio was dog friendly. We were told "yes". Got off our bikes and headed in. Then we got kicked out. Turns out this place is dog hostile. Seems my wallet is allergic to places like this. There are so many other great options nearby so it was easy to find a great patio closer to the lake with a better atmosphere and better food at a better price. See ya never."

"No silverware no napkins provided with my food, I had to go to the bar to get them myself. My pizza tastes like it’s been reheated 3 times. There are now 2 dogs inside the restaurant without service papers sitting at a table 6 feet from. We both have allergies to animals. The dogs received water before I received silverware! The services proceed to walk by and pet the dogs, I wonder if they go wash their hands afterwords? Meanwhile a man with a Canada logo on his luggage sneezes repetitively (20+)from the tables above, not once did he get up step to restroom or outside. I just finished a nice mug of beer with a chipped glass. This location needs major upgrades to entire establishment, the people and things are not up to par. I have come here for many years, & it’s gone down hill. The standards have changed. This is poor."

"This was the second is its location that I have tried. My previous experience at a Zipps establishment was disappointing. Since this one was in an entirely different location I decided to try it. This location was a little more modern. I only ordered appetizers to see how they are prepared and how they tasted. I ordered a mix-and-match basket of onion rings, sweet potato chips and french fries, chicken wing basket and chips with salsa and guacamole. Mix and match basket was good, so was the chips and salsa, but half of the wings were dry. I decided to order their nachos. It was a big mistake. The cheese was rock hard, as if it was sitting there for hours. The only part that was edible where the vegetable they put on top. I know a lot of people don't go to sports bars for the bar food, but they should make a better effort satisfying ALL their customers."
