"People can complain about the pricing and how much they pay for you stuff but this place is better than any Plato’s or thrift store I’ve gone to. Amazing stuff and the staff is so nice. Always greeting you at the door, politely asking if you need help, immediately helps when you ask, and constantly cleaning and organizing the store, just so engaging! I never feel judged. Great and friendly!"

"Not good customer service they have trash in the store! Goodwill is better"

"Got a decent return from clothes I had sold. However the customer service could be improved. I had to figure out how to check in on my own on the tablet before someone had came up to the register and taken the clothes to be processed. I probably had stood around for a good 8 minutes while employees were just talking amongst each other in the corner of the store. Defiantly got a weird vibe I don’t know if it’s like this everyday. This happened today 12/8/23 around 11am-2pm."

"Some lady was helping me I thought she was a snob she didn't have a personality it looked like she didn't like her job it happened on September 23 around 10 or 11 in the morning I rather go to Plato's on Broadway because they're more friendly and respectful."

"We decided to take a drive over to the west side to check out the new location much larger than their sister locations a lot of inventory on hand.. trade time is way too long though, so if you’re driving from somewhere else that’s not even possible to do a trade she said it was gonna be about two hours and that you need to be here first thing in the morning… they do have a public bathroom but you do have to have an employee let you in the bathroom…"
