"Complete lack of customer service. Just before 3pm today my wife and I entered the store. There were no other customers but there were between 6 and 8 employees working in the store. We received no greeting at all. Upon entering there was no "welcome to the gap" no "hello" not even a "hi" or a casual "hey" as a matter of fact not one of them could even be bothered with a smile or a nod the entire time we walked the store. 5 minutes later we walked out the front door without the associates having uttered a single word to either of us. The employees here are so focussed on visual merchandising that they ignore their customers. Not a smart business practice at all!"
