Reviews
"I once loved Starbucks and everything about it. My coffee tastes have changed and I prefer more third wave coffee, but from time to time Starbucks fills a need."
"I’m from out of town. The deduction is from the hours. Starbucks is my go-to to buy a drink, recharge, read, and take notes. What do you mean you close at 7:30pm!??? My local ones are usually open until 10 or 11pm! Some even at 12am! I’m more curious as to why this is even though it is a bigger city than where I live. Sorry Phoenix!"
"Tasha was hands down the most insufferable Starbucks employee I have ever encountered. Absolutely no customer service skills from anyone working in this place other than the girl taking our order. And even then, it’s the bare minimum."
"Disgusting wrap that was dry, barely filled, that had no bacon and the potatoes were raw. Food fit for the asphalt where the photo was taken. Waste of $7."
"A manager needs to be on duty watching these children work. Not only they can’t handle it but start shouting to customers when they asked where the cashier person is. If you can’t handle 5 sandwich’s with 8 people on theirs an issue. I’d be happy to go through and teach them how to time manage and respect customers. It’s my business. Why stay open on the holidays If people will just walk out because they can’t get service. Go to local brews until problem fixed. I do see a lot of other comments like this. Yes kids are the future but unfortunately the last couple years has hindered any teaching ability. Call me when your ready to get serious."
