When your expecting a drink ordered the same way every time to taste the same or almost the same everytime and it doesn't, sad. I'm done telling the staff and customer service. What's the point? "I often visit the Starbucks location on Hayden Rd. In Scottsdale. My drink of choice is usually a Medicine Ball with Mint Majesty Tea. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome by the staff and enjoy the inviting atmosphere. Madi goes above and beyond by providing service excellence in every interaction. She greets customers by name, also remembers their drinks, and any modifications customers may request. What makes her service memorable and exceptional is her genuine approach, caring manner, and warm smile with every customer. I always enjoy my visit at this Starbucks location and definitely recommend stopping in for your favorite coffee, drink or snack. Madi is a star!"
"Update, today we ordered a hot chocolate in the drive through, all we got was hot milk but didn't realize until we got home. We also ordered a cake pop and after we paid for it, they told us they didn't have it. This location is horrible!!! We're going to stop ordering online! It would be quicker to order it through the drive-through. I don't understand. Then they make half the order, it's sitting there waiting, and they won't make the other drink for us as. By this time, all the cars in the drive-through, who ordered after us, have cleared through. Very disappointing"
"Starbucks is the best favorite cafe. The quality is always equal in anywhere. I love americano, but that day I ordered special coffee. Seasalt cold blow on top. The salt really yummy. Thanks for your service and goods. I also bought a special mug cup. This cup made by strong ceramic and designed special cactus. I love it."
