"Terrible customer service. I always visit here when I’m at the quarter. I go in and get the same drink every time. I was so bummed as I was excited to get my treat after dinner! I literally crave this place! But the girl tonight was rude and put out to say the least. The people I was with had questions and had never been there before and probably won’t go back after tonight .I was so embarrassed as I had hyped this place up and they were excited to go. She did not even make eye contact and we had asked questions. She would only tell us which area to look under on the menu and that’s it. Never made eye contact with any of us just sat staring at the register. We all 3 just walked out. Which is not good considering there’s a boba spot 2 doors down that I went to and will continue to go to. There they were courteous and friendly and didn’t mind any questions we had. I encouraged everyone that was heading to bubblebee to go to the boba spot 2 doors down. Save them the experience of this incredibly rude girl. I will continue to deter people from visiting this place again. I want to spend my hard earned money with people who want my business. Lost 3 customers in less than 1 minute. Customer service is everything."
