"I’ve stumbled upon probably one of the best bakeries I’ve been to in AZ! The moment we walked in we were greeted by the smell of baked goods and happy faces, I got the lemon ricotta pancakes that were to die for, and my mom got purple potato cookies which at first might sound off putting but was better then any cookie I’ve ever had! one of the owners is a retired firefighter and he explained how everything is gluten free and how they source all their ingredients from local farms and try to get the best stuff from all over! Will definitely be back!"

"The interior is nicely decorated with a few grouped sets of chairs and tables of various elevations. They offer a variety of teas, coffee drinks and a breakfast menu. There was quite a wait for service and a few customers walked out before getting served. There's no descriptions or prices posted to help in the selection process so the server has to repeat a description for each item, slowing down the service time. I bought 4 different baked items - bacon/"spinach"scone, blueberry scone, lemon poppyseed cupcake and a "lemon bar". The lemon bar is a small lemon meringue pastry with a walnut (or other nut?) bottom crust. The lemon curd has an intensely lovely flavor. A 10 out of 10. The bacon scone was quite tasty and well baked. But I did not taste any other ingredients than the bacon. If you are a bacon lover, this is quite a treat, 10 out of 10. The other two items - a blueberry scone and a lemon poppyseed cupcake, while quite tasty, seemed to be a bit undercooked. The cupcake sponge and the scone were too moist. This might be due to a seasonal variation in humidity e.g. the baking process is timed and with gluten free flours being very moisture sensitive, might need to be a slight adjustment in baking time. I would rate both about 8 out of 10. In summation, an enjoyable place to grab a favorite beverage and try some gluten free baked goods!"

"Amazing worry-free ciliac's delight! Gluten and soy free protein infused black Forrest ham croissant is a must! Pairs well with the hot London Fog with oatmilk. This is our new favorite place and I'm sure it will be yours too!"
