"For the second time now, this McDonald's has screwed up my order. I specifically asked for a big Mac without the middle bun. When the order was read back to me, he said no bun. And I corrected him and clarified. I only want the middle bun out. I still want the other 2 buns. But once again, I get my order, and it's basically a big mac salad, no bread whatsoever. When I went back in. I asked to speak to a manager. Somebody was brought out and he listened, but didn't even apologize. Or offer a refund I voucher. Or anything? Just put the order back in and then I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get my sandwich. You think it would be easier since it's one less piece of bread? Make the sandwiches all the time, but mine takes twice as long. It was just ridiculous. I ended up going back to work late. There was no reason I went through the drive through in the end since I had to come inside and stand there waiting. The only reason I come to this location is because it's really close to my work. But now I feel like I can't trust the food I order here. They've messed up on other things like not giving me the right size drink or the wrong kind of drink and the order of fries would be a medium and not a large like I Warrior ordered so needs to be retrained or they need to be. Taught how to pay better attention to customer orders. I wonder how many other people leave with incorrect orders. But then don't have the time to come back. Customers use the drive through because we're in a rush."

"I never really write reviews so this is really discouraging for me to do this. And yes I know this is a McDonald’s and expectations are normally not very high for fast food in general. However, I just do not understand what is going on with their drive thru. Consistently getting skipped by the cars on the other side. No one ever acknowledging arrival (even though I know it’s busy, it’s easy to say “one moment”) Lastly no one ever seems to be happy working here so I am sure management doesn’t provide a good job in keeping employees happy. Mess of a store."

"Extremely rude lady .. insulted us right away just for saying "I'd like to order" ..wait time was over 35mins as well. Definitely can't get past the extreme rudeness for no apparent reason ...it appears we are not the only ones complaining based on reviews. You'd think by now they'd correct their behavior..."
