"Easily one of the most romantic restaurants on the continent, and the service from Dan at the bar was perfection. The shrimp dish, which adds cornstarch for a little crispiness, is world class. Sauces on many dishes equal the very best of America, such as Le Bernadin NYC. A triumph!"
"Simply exquisite. Up there with any fine dining experience, but cozier and more approachable than many. While briefly waiting to be seated the bartender noticed my friend and I pointing to one of the scotches and he brought over and a menu and chatted, then brought some to the table. The type of place that would get better with multiple visits and knowing the lay of the land, but for me and many, probably just an annual visit. Also of note: the most accommodating I’ve ever seen a fine dining restaurant be for allergies."
"Dear God this was restaurant easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I had to go back a few days later. Top mentions are: 1 Get the 8 Course, trust me, 2 The wait staff is incredibly trained, 3 the steak is one of the best steaks I’ve ever had, 4 You’re gonna spend money here, but it’s worth it. We were a group of four and spent about $400 each without getting drinks. This easily deserves at least a two star Michelin award."
