"This location is the best in Arizona. The staff is beyond amazing. I come in here regularly and they’re so professional and kind. Orders are given out timely and with a smile. Everyone is extremely patient. Other Starbucks locations do not compare. They need to use this store location as a model for the company. They exceed expectations regularly. "The staff was friendly and my order was perfect, but the bathrooms were disgusting. There was dried urine and stool on the toilet seats and tanks, and the sinks and floors were dirty too. I sat in the store for a few hours, and store wasn't very busy while I was there. Most of the time there were at least 2-3 employees just standing around talking and laughing, so they should have had time to clean the bathrooms. It made me wonder how clean the food prep areas were if the bathrooms were that dirty."
"Very nice Starbucks with good service. The place is clean and the staff is customer service oriented and friendly. The drinks are made to order and come out perfect every time. A good place to sit and relax, either inside or outside and have a beverage and some food. The Wi-Fi works great so also good for getting work done."
