"No one wants to take charge or help with delivery orders to your customers. Just deflect and give out bad looks and energy when I ask about uber eats orders. Talk to your boss if you all are over worked and miserable. Why take it out on me, someone trying to help. My comment goes for most Starbucks. This same treatment is served up at many Starbucks across Arizona and California. You all deserve better from this company. My opinion, you need a Hostess/Rover at all stores. Someone who is a leader and takes charge. At this point, most Starbucks lack a warm welcome or any type of hospitality. Please.. someone stand up and create change. It only takes 1 voice."

"Delicious holiday coffee specials served fast by courteous, friendly staff. Enjoyed my Chestnut Praline Latte in the sun on the outdoor patio away from the busy streets. My only suggestion is that the patio tables be wiped down to improve the outdoor ambiance."

"Felt ignored for about few minutes at front for order standing alone. No busy line or many people at the time maybe some customers on drive through. Over 5 staffs working but not receiving my order? Well other weird experience was that I was kicked out when I hade my service dog with me and noticed few other customers allowed bring dogs in before and after. Am I looked different by them? It's so weird feeling."
