"I usually like to do my order as a mobile order, as I don’t like to be yelling because they’re not able to hear me. So I placed my order, once I get to the intercom I let them know it was a mobile order. Once I’m going to pick up my order they let me know my order will be ready in a few minutes. But out of the blue this Asian looking employee comes and tells me “just heads up, for next time give us at least five minutes before you get here to do your mobile order” in a rude way. I just said okay. It was not needed, I do my mobile order when I get a chance, when I’m stopped, I was in line so I decided to do the mobile order. I don’t think it would’ve made a difference if I would’ve done my order over the speaker, I wasn’t complaining about the time. Other than the comment everything and everyone else was good."

"Typical Starbucks. Went through the drive thru quickly. Barista in drive thru was nice and chatted a little bit. My drink is uncomplicated, so it’s hard to mess up - tastes great. Starbucks is always consistent."

"They always seem to close early. They have their hours posted right on the window, but they don’t follow them. Last Sunday they were closed at 5 when I walked over to get a frap. Their sign says 6.30. This was second time this has happened to me at this location. It was the day where Starbucks was advertising boho. I don’t have a vehicle . I didn’t get Starbucks that day. They need to fix this. or change their posted hours."
