"I would rate this Starbucks store no stars if it was possible. Horrible coffee, service and atmosphere. The manager named Dan is some stupid young zillennial who thinks he knows everything. He can't make a cup of drip coffee correctly. When I asked him to remake he got pissed for some reason yelled his full head of I just laughed at him so he tried to tell I'm not welcome back. Funny thing is a lot of my family work with corporate and own several Starbucks stores in Scottsdale and Albuquerque and they said don't worry about it he can't tell me what to do. I am more than welcome to go to any store I desire"

"This Starbucks is aesthetically beautiful. However- between the flies inside, the club volume music, 6 different outlets that don’t work, and the rude staff members unwilling charging us to correct a drink- this has to be one of the least desirable Starbucks I have visited."

"I've been to this location on three occasions. Each time, the staff had a real attitude problem. This morning, one of the baristas took my food and SLAMMED it on the counter, turned around and walked away. There's a guy there in the morning who openly speaks negatively about customers being "cheap". There's an older lady who works the drive through who gave me an attitude because I did not hear what she said. This locations staff needs a serious talking to about their attitudes. I've never been to a Starbucks before where the whole staff and a real bad attitude like this location has."

"Very friendly staff, horribly executed food making structure. Using hypothetical names, Tom, Derrick, Sally, Roger and Tina order food in that order. They make all five orders, and bring them to the front. Tom waits 15 min for his food, Tina waits 3 min. Could be smoother"
