"On multiple occasions I have stopped by this store twenty minutes till closing. Tonight, I physically left my job so that I could make it before the doors locked only to pull up again and everything is shut off and no one is in the building. It states online that they close at six pm. It does not create trust with customers when this continually happens. I understand that it can be frustrating working with the public as I to am a customer service agent, However if your sign states that you close at six... Six pm is when the doors lock. Not at 5:40pm. I understand that my 6$ May not make or break your bank. But now the gas station gets that reward."

"I recently had the pleasure of stopping by the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and I must say, it was a great experience. The drinks were delicious and the staff were friendly, making it the perfect pit stop on our bike ride. As soon as we arrived at the Starbucks, we were struck by the convenience of the bike rack, outdoor seating, and shade. It was the perfect spot to rest and refuel after a long ride, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We decided to try the Salted Caramel Crème Cold Brews and were not disappointed. The cold brew was smooth and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness and a hint of saltiness from the caramel crème. It was the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day. But the drinks weren't the only highlight of our visit. The staff at this Starbucks location were friendly and efficient, making the process of ordering and paying a breeze. They chatted with us while they prepared our drinks, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch and will definitely be returning for more delicious drinks in the future.
