Some are nasty and rude for no reason early in the morning if you don't like your job or the different ethnicities coming to STARBUCKS for coffee then find another job that better suites your needs. You don't own that company and it's your job to treat all of their customers with kindness and respect.I really dislike this location."

"Odd experience at a Starbucks, I texted 'K' and asked if she wanted me to bring coffee home. She texted back that she wanted a 'Med. Cold Foam Dark Cocoa Nitro'. This is currently a featured coffee drink on their website. Clerk didn't know what this was and said he couldn't make it. So we got Cold brewed iced coffee with extra shots. Still good but not what we wanted. Is this a supply or training miss? But, still a miss. . ."
