"This was my first time at Copperhead Bistro and there wasn't a single thing that I didn't like (other than I didn't have room in my stomach for more food). The food is flavorful, beautifully plated and the portions are appropriate. The ingredients are fresh and made with love! I have never had a better crouton in my life and the Garlic Cheesy Bread is to die for. The vibe of the restaurant is laid back and inviting. You can have conversations without yelling and the tables aren't stacked on top of each other. The staff was also very attentive, witty and prompt. Nate gave us some great recommendations, Chef Jon was a treat and we even got to chat with Steven a little. We will be back for certain for many reasons but especially because we have to work our way through the menu."

"This is a new restaurant we just happened to come across. It was an amazing decision. We had the luxury of meeting one of the owners, Josh, and had an amazing conversation with the waitress, Laura. The entree was exquisite and the dessert was transcendent. The night ended with socializing with other patrons which was the cherry on top. A huge congratulations to Josh and his best-friend for creating an amazing atmosphere with equally amazing food! (I highly recommend the lasagna trio)"
