"Spiga Cucina is an authentic Italian restaurant in North Scottsdale that has a ton of Italian dishes on the menu and I was able to try a few of my favorites! The restaurant has a fancy feel and is great for a date or friendly dinner occasion. The Ossobuco had a great presentation and was super tender. I loved the Pollo Parmigiana and the chicken had an amazing crisp/flavor to it. Both appetizers were great, I especially liked the Polpette (meatballs)."

"Valentine’s Day disaster…. They overbooked the place for starters. So crowded… I couldn’t hear my husband speak.. Elbow to elbow. Their V-Day menu limited our food choices. Understandable due to trying to serve an overwhelming number of couples. Serving overcooked, overheated, premade foods is not good. We even paid extra for a dried up piece of grouper on a bed of slightly crunchy risotto. Once we ordered, pretty much never saw the waiter except when he brought us our whopping, overpriced, gratitude already added check. We poured our own wine, yelled at each other in order to communicate, even stacked our own dishes, etc. Not the romantic experience and nice meal we had anticipated. Maybe on days when not so crowded the food and service is better? Not sure but not going back to find out. Note to owners: overbooking makes a mess of things. Imho, once a restaurant owner myself, better to serve good food and a nice experience than ruin it. Customers return for consistent good food and service. Next time we’ll go to Dominic’s Steakhouse, our fav, for a much better dinner at half the price."

"This was our first visit to Spiga. The Food was excellent , service was excellent and a great atmosphere. Our server Gabriel was great , he recommended the Veal Chop, and it was delicious . Everyone's food was great , will be back for sure."

"Great food! The muscle appetizer was amazing. Steak capacho.We also had Seafood platter for two and the veal!! Waiter wS a nice guy, only complaint would be that he disappeared for long periods of time. And some people do enjoy that I think we just weren't feeling it at the time"
