"PINO is the best restaurant you might not know about but it’s been right here off Mayo in North Scottsdale for almost 20 years. A valley secret that lives off passionate referrals like this from people who love it here. Paco, the owner, is from France and brings over half a century of culinary and restauranteur experience. He has been here every time I have visited since I moved to the area two years ago. He’s clearly a perfectionist who owns every element of the operation and cares deeply about the satisfaction of his loyal customers. The pizza is way better than anywhere else - don’t believe that? Go for yourself and tell me I’m wrong! Their pasta, pastries, salads, soups - are just as good and all made with higher quality ingredients than you’ll get anywhere else in the valley for the price range. Much of it is imported which really stands out in the flavor and presentation. Visit here immediately!! And don’t sleep on the deserts because they’re also phenomenal."

"Ok restaurant…. Nothing to brag about…. There was a guy that approached our table at the before our dinner maybe the Owner… Italian but very rude!!!!…. Service was horrible in our table all the food did not come at the same time… we were have into our food before the others food arrived….definitely will not come back it was not a good experience …. "I cannot recommend this place enough! I go between their rushes so I’ve never seen it during dinner, but their patio and overall vibe is simply outstanding. Beautiful foliage and great music playing always compliment the delicious food and fresh espresso drinks. I always get the Monaco salad although, the beef carpaccio appetizer is a winner too. The service is personable and timely; they remembered me after two visits! I honestly feel like I’m enjoying my own tiny corner of Rome whenever I dine here. Do yourself a favor and visit while the weather is nice :)"
