"Thank you guys for being the best!! Cody made me feel very special and taken care of!! "
"Starbucks is located in the beautiful JW Resort, but when I went down at 3:40 pm, doors were locked. Closed 1 hour and 20 minutes, at least, before posted close time. I guess because it's in a hotel, they close whenever. Best to call before stopping on the PM."
"Great Starbucks with friendly service. However, there is no Drive-Through as indicated on Google Maps."
"I've been going to this location 3 days a week for the last 3 years, and the service has always been great and friendly. However, that was NOT the case today. The barista who mixed and served our coffees was not only unfriendly, but outright rude. I ordered 2 iced coffees and asked for a "splash" of heavy cream. When the drinks came out, they looked like milk. I politely said "whoa, that's way too much cream, I asked for only a splash." Instead of an apology and a fix, I got "heavy cream is thick", and without saying another word, she dumped half of the drinks, filled them back up with coffee, and pushed them back out onto the counter. I said "thank you" which was met with a scowl and silence. I said thank you again, which elicited a painful "of course" with an abrupt turn to show me her back. Completely unacceptable. I'm hoping that she's a temp employee and this location will go back to its normal friendly service once she's gone."
