"Best place ever"
"I took my car in after my car slipped into first gear while on the freeway. The first time I took it in for this issue they were very friendly and helpful. They found the issue was corroded connectors and said they won't charge me for the visit and it was good to go. I drove it for nearly 10 months before the same issue restarted so I took it back to them. They claimed that they had just gotten the bulletin for the repairs but that bulletin was dated a year prior to my issue presenting. At that point my manufacturer warranty had expired and they charged me $400 for the repairs they should have done 10 months when my warranty was still active. I would highly recommend not going to them because they should have covered this issue."
