"Waited 25 mins in line to reach the window (no exaggeration) and still had not ordered. How can Starbucks be as busy but you’re out in under 5 mins?! I was there getting a drink for a friend so thank goodness it’s not a normal stop for me but how many hours a year do people spend waiting in this madness? Time is more valuable than money and both wasted!"

"I ordered one drink and it was messed up. They made remade my drink, OG Grand Canyon, and it wasn’t what it is suppose to be. Let a lone second time around, it took two girls to make it and still tastes just like too much half and half. The guy said they could remake it again. They are wasteful, not knowing how to make coffee drinks. I declined the remake and said I would get it fixed somewhere else. Price was a bit more at the location. Not returning to this location. Besides they lost Wyatt who knew how to make drinks. 32nd and Bell Rd Dutch Bros is by far the best location, the workers know me and my kids orders and way friendlier."

"I wanted to try this place every time I went to Arizona and just haven't had a chance until this trip. And WOW! I tried a couple of coffees that were little too sweet for my tasting and then found my heaven with an Americano with a soft top. Just so sad there's not one near my house as this is some of the best espresso/Americanos I've ever had! Looking forward to the next trip out here!"

"We continue to be so welcomed by this amazing staff! This particular location is always a much quicker stop for than others we've tried! They're constantly, perfectly made beverages are always a craving for all of our family that live near! I had the 'Banana Split Dutch Frost' for the first time, and wow! Where has this yummy concoction been all of my life!! They also have great tasting smoothies, KIDS BEVERAGES, and their very own Dutch Bros Rebel Energy Drinks! Always a pleasure, and we will continue to frequent THIS - Dutch Bros!"
