"Absolutely don’t recommend them and their tire warranty is a joke. I bought my tires from this store and I drove on them approximately 32,000 miles. The limited warranty is for 80,000. I asked to check one of my tire that was leaking a little air. They said the tread depth is low and can’t repair. I went to get my tires checked about 8 months before and they said they didn’t find any leaks. This store wanted to charge me almost the price of new one. They made every excuse to blame me that I don’t perform the tire rotation regularly which is false. Even I bought the life time alignment from them, they blamed me. Don’t waste your time and money and don’t purchase any tire or warranty from them."

"I called & asked if I could make an appointment for a brake service. I was told yes, so I brought my car in. When I arrived I only asked about a brake service. I was told they would call me with a quote. I spoke with an older man. Without my consent I was given a full inspection. When they called me with a quote I was given a laundry list of potential issues with my car, including a bad engine & all my tires being bad. I decided to get a second opinion. No engine issue (was low on oil) & none of the tires are bad. When I went in to get my keys I was being charged for an inspection. I asked the younger gentleman helping me why I was being charged if I came in for brakes and never asked for any other service as you advertise free brake inspection. He promptly removed the charge and apologized. I feel this should have never happened in the first place. This felt very targeted and that there was an attempt to take advantage of a young female. Very disappointed with my visit. Was told I would receive an email with details of inspection and receipt. Only received email for review of service."

"Had a tire emergency late Saturday night and our vehicle was towed to this Firestone store. Met with Julian Sunday morning and received excellent customer service from start to finish. Interactions like this are how stores develop life long customer relationships, glad to see that still exists at some places. Thank you."
