"Worst Customer Service. Establishment was Not Welcoming. Poor Telephone Etiquettes. Employee's are Rude As Hell. The 7.99 Special on TheTV Commercial was Not Honored. Definitely not Coming Back. Pizza was OK. Congested Parking."

"I have been a frequent customer & employee for the last 4 years. The management has been a disaster ever since "Fenix Pizza" took over the store a couple months ago they hired a incompetent person to lead the store for a General Manager named Sam that is dating a coworker and I have seen them kissing and being sexual in front of their employees. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Stay away from this location. The GM is known to throw temper tantrums and berates her employees & cusses at them in front of the customers. Good employees but zero to no training for the new hires, they just stand around confused & also they do not wash their hands on a regular basis. It got so bad I had to quit working at this location & will not be returning as a customer until management changes!"

"It was burnt. My kids ate a little (because it took an hour) and they said they wouldn't refund or replace it. Christina from store 7643 literally sounded like she couldn't care less and like she had given up completely on life. There was hair on the pizza and she said basically oh well. Disgusting. Low priced but not worth the low quality of people and service. Her voice was like she was slumped over and her eyes were rolling in not just a lack of care for customer service but a lack of care about just anything at all. I almost felt sad for her. Such an easy job, and she managed to not do even the slightest good job. Sad. Should I really care about the pizza if it's such a deep inconvenience to replace a hairy burnt or cold pizza? Or would it just be easier to let her crawl back in her hole? Who knows. She was acting like I was trying to Hussle a free new set of pizzas but really I just wanted quality the first time Ive never sent them anything back. Domino's, please realize plenty of other people could do a better job. She didn't say sorry for the inconveniences or anything. Basic stuff."

"Always an issue coming to this store & of course they don’t answer the phone. Burnt bread, burnt bacon, pizza doesn’t even have bacon all over it & the dough was not even cooked thoroughly which makes no sense. Why do workers give out food they won’t eat themselves this is why customers get angry. Smdh"
