"Worst company I have ever ordered from! I ordered 2 ATV tires 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received the tires. My account on the website says that I can not cancel the order because it was already processed but there is no tracking number. I’ve attempted to call and email multiple times with no answer and no reply. I even went by the store a couple of times and both times the front door was locked and has a crooked sign up that says “we’ll be back soon”. These guys are running a scam! I will be filing complaints and contacting my lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GIYS!!!"
"I’m not sure where the negative reviews on here stem from… I had a great experience with Adrenaline Junkee! After I had seen a part I needed on their ebay store, I reached out to the local store in Chandler about 40 miles from me. Ray was extremely helpful in helping me order the part on the phone, and when the postal service lost the part, he had another one ready for me to come pick up locally within a day of me reaching out. Talk about awesome customer service! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future, and I recommend you do the same."
"Worst online business I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Unprofessional replies to customers. 27% of online customers left negative feedback and not 1 time did they accept any responsibility. Fact check this on amazon. Repeatedly blames the shippers the manufacturers and even their customers in the arrogant responses to negative feedback. In my case I only received 1/2 of my order after waiting 2 weeks (probably shippers fault) then was told they would not send the rest of my order without me purchasing it again because amazon had the listing wrong (Amazons fault) then told me if I’m familiar with western power sports I should have known I was only getting 4 bushings and 2 collars not 8 bushings and 4 collars (customers fault). When I said I was going to contact the owner, their reply was “feel free to contact whoever you need to”. It’s not about 40 dollars worth of missing parts now, It’s a lesson on business ethics! Thank you for your permission to contact “whoever I need too”. I have taken your advice and filed complaints with the federal better business bureau, the consumer protection agency and the federal trade commission for deceptive business practices. Oh! Almost forgot, filed a complaint and review with the Chandler better business bureau too. I’ve just begun. I’ll leave you with a photo of your listing and you try to tell me one more time “item listed is item received”!!!!! Wow!!!! even the owners reply denies responsibility. NAME NAMES!!! HAVE AT IT. I’M BEGGING YOU TO DO IT YOU WONT FOR FEAR OF A ACTUAL DEALERSHIP SUING YOU FOR SLANDER. PLEASE. PISS POOR ATTEMPT AT DAMAGE CONTROL!!EVERYTHING I POSTED HERE IS A FACT!!! "I would give zero stars if I could. Clearly they are doing so well they do not need my business. I called Monday june 22nd and spoke to Vince. I asked Vince for a quote on a upgraded wheel package and a lift. Vince said he would gather the information and call me back. No callback Monday, I patiently waited on Tuesday still no callback. Thursday June 24th I called back and spoke to Vimce again and he apologized stating he was so busy and he would have someone get the estimate to me. Guess what!! Yup, you guessed no callback. I am the GM of a publicly traded company and if my sales staff passed on business they would be out the door. Glad to see they are doing so good they pass on business, especially in these times."
"Amazing experience. Just picked up a new side by side and needed some mounts to install a light bar. Vince went above and beyond to help me out, and found the perfect set of mounts that would work with my setup. Vince took the time and effort to actually come outside (at 5pm on a Friday afternoon nonetheless) and help me figure out where and how to mount the bar. I will be coming back for all of my UTV parts and accessory purchases in the future, definitely the best service I have had in a long time .you guys rock!"
