"Horrible customer service"
"Today I Called for a part for my 2018 explorer and all they tried to do was shuffle me over to service. I get it, I’m in sales and they want to get me in there and diagnose other potential issues and get a big ticket. I don’t have the time or money for that. I just want the part that my mechanic can’t source. It’s a simple enough task for me to do on my own. I’ll call another Ford dealership."
