"My wife, kids, and myself came here to meet with my mother and stepfather, so there were 7 of us this time. On this occasion, they kinda messed up the order, probably miscommunication. We had 2 orders of Buffalo hot wings, and they gave us 1 order of mild 1 hot. I informed Lily about the mistake, and she was kind to make us another order of hotwings and keep the mild. The food was excellent, wings were great and pizza hot and fresh spent $160 including for games. AWESOMENESS LILY, keep up the great customer service."
"The young gentlemen at the front counter (Andrew) was very polite. There was a decent line and he stayed calm and was friendly with everyone. We will return to this location again because of his hospitality!!"
"Always have issues only at this location. Go to Peter piper pretty often as my kids love it. They said they are not able to put cheese on only half the pizza and I would have to buy another. Also every time I order in at this location they put the food in the boxes and when I asked one of the employees they stated they don’t want wash dishes. spoke to Meg and was very rude. The location 44th and Thomas has the best customer service ever an issue."
