"very bad experience on ebay shop! i paid in 23 january and after 1 month and 14 days not arrivet item. i ask for refound money and dont want to refound money back !!! never buy from him . bad comunication . he answer on message after 3 days . never want to hear about this shop"

"This company turned what should have been a simple purchase into a bad experience. I placed an order for a specialized bolt for a Ducati motorcycle and paid a ridiculous amount for express shipping because I needed the part before the weekend. When the part arrived it was not the correct size even though their advertisement states that the part will fit all Ducati 1098 models. I contacted them and was told that they do have the correct part and could ship it to me. I asked that they overnight it to me and refund the $25.00 that I paid for the express shipping on the incorrect part that they sent. They then sent a short and not at all customer friendly email back saying that they would not overnight the correct part, that they had refunded me for the wrong part, and would not be sending the correct part. I guess I'm glad that they at least refunded me, but they flatly refused to overnight the correct part even though I specifically told them when I placed the original order that I had to have it before the weekend and that was why I was paying them for express shipping. I had visitors in from out of town and the entire purpose of their visit hinged on my receiving the part in question. Now they've driven 200 miles just to hear that Podium Racing refuses not only to overnight the correct part, but to replace it with the correct part at all. Podium Racing apparently only check their email once per day because I never received answers to my emails until the following day. They also do not answer their phone. I called several times only to have to speak to an answering machine. Of course my calls were never returned. Horrible customer service to say the least."
