"I placed a small order for delivery and it was supposed to be delivered between 6:36-6:45. I thought it may even be delivered sooner since it was less than a 5 minute drive from the store to the destination. It wasn’t even prepared until 6:35. Not a big deal until they gave a new delivery time of 7:30. That is an hour difference!!! The people I am arranging this for were just stuck waiting. How could it possibly take that long when it is a 5 minute drive?!? I tried to call the store to see what was going on. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes without talking to anyone. Tried using customer service online and it just redirects me to the same number I’m on hold with for the store. Ridiculous! I am beyond furious and feel scammed. Also still on hold."
"Papa Johns wasn’t my first choice, but it was late at night and I was being lazy. I had an issue with the app, it told me there was a two hour wait and wanted to cancel, I called but got no answer, so decided to go in. I’m glad I went in because my pizzas were coming out of the oven. Not a fan of the app."
"Papa John's helped us celebrate Halloween this year. Each year, we order pizza and invite friends over. We sit in outside and hand out candy. Papa John's is the only place we can find that will allow you to pre-order pizza on Halloween . Thanks Papa John's !! The pizza was great, hot and ready when promised. Service was fast, friendly & professional."

"I understand there is a degree of uncertainty when ordering delivery. With that said, my kids love Papa Johns and that is what they requested tonight. Not something new. However, tonight the delivery pizza experience was great only in the area of delivery time. The pizza with bacon added did not even have bacon that could be seen (is that burnt cheese or a molecule of "bacon?). The garlic knots....hard as a rock and burned....yum. Takes delivery food to a new low. Seems like this pizza chain is struggling. I'll be struggling too...struggling to ever order this again. Gross."
