I drove down from Flagstaff to get my new Porsche service and when I arrived they did not see my appointment in their calendar. The service greeter told me not to worry about it and they will get it serviced ( they were so busy) My service advisor, Rochelle did not at all make me feel like they were squeezing me in or it was my error, she was so friendly. She went through my car thoroughly on everything I needed to get done and was up front with the cost, they gave me an awesome Porsche loaner and was in contact with me through the 2 days that my car was being repaired they kept in constant contact. .
