"I bought parts there on January 4th. On the February 28th when I was cleaning the car I saw the parts was broken. I took the parts there and it was replaced with no charges. The manager and the clerks were very nice to me."
"The guy that helped was was rude and unprofessional, he seemed preoccupied with his phone and our perception was that we were inconveniencing him. Also, when we paid and asked for a bag for our items he said you can get one over there, pointing (behind the counter). I told him I don't work here and can you please put my items in the bag for me? He said oh we don't do that here. I said I have never had an issue before to which he replied,"oh well, I don't do that! I don't bag stuff! You have to do it!" Highly unprofessional and lack of customer service! I will definitely not be returning and I will not recommend this place ever!!"
"It doesn't matter what the customer says. It doesn't matter thee experience the customer has. Auto zone's repsonse on here is apologetic, and does nothing fix the issue. Jullianne is very rude and unprofessional. Julianne needs to be reprimanded for his actions. This location obviously doesn't care about they're customers."
"Alexandra is the most amazing manager. Excellent customer service and has employees with great smiles. This is the first Autozone I have ever been in that's clean and has a cool environment."
