"Took my moms battery to be charged. Told me that there were a couple in front of mine and that it would take 2 hours, I was completely fine with that. They told me to leave my number so they can call me when it was done. 4.5 hours later I had to call them 30 mins before closing only to be told that they decided that the battery wasn’t very good so they weren't going to charge it and that i had to either come pick my battery up or buy a new one and that they supposedly “never call customers”, why have me leave my phone number then? Just go to AutoZone down the street, they’re quicker and the customer service is always top notch."
"I Knew I had a bad battery but all they did was recharge it and tell me it’s fine even after I questioned the leaking of fluid and the warping of it. Only to go back home and install it and still gave me issues. I had to pay to get a diagnostic to make sure alternator was good which it was. Went to another Oreilly’s and they immediately switched it out for me without problems. Guess what…. Car works perfectly fine. If the lady would of cared enough to listen to me this morning I could’ve avoided all the other stresses of having to find a shop and the extra money saved for diagnosing the issue I already knew about."
