"I was so stressed from work and I just wanted food to make me feel better. I ordered the Pep & Mike’s Pizza and the street fries. The order took longer than usual, the fries were burnt and wasn’t the street fries I ordered. Unfortunately I left before checking my order. I called to speak to the manager and she was pretty rude, she told me she could only refund me $1 for the Mike’s honey hot sauce but couldn’t give me a refund for the fries because the chef “made” my order right."
"First time here. Heard great things. Seen the lady in back not wearing gloves making food. The mozzarella sticks were definitely not fried but more microwaved and gummy and very small. We didn't get the "signature" 5 large ones, we got several small ones. A slice of cheese pizza had long dark hair in it. The sub and fries were okay. I was definitely disappointed with my experience today with the food."
"The front staff barely acknowledged I was there. I brought in a coupon for a free medium pizza (redeemable at any Streets of New York location) and Jennifer said they wouldn't honor it. So I paid $30 for what should have been a free pizza. To top it off she was incredibly rude and impatient about it. There is no reason for anyone in a customer service position to be so miserable and rude to their customers. The pizza was okay, I took it home and served immediately, it was cold and dry. Not worth the $30 I shouldn't have had to spend. We won't be returning."
"I have been to this location a couple of different times far in between. The staff isn’t always the same but each time but the ones that were working were friendly and had great customer service. The food was on point. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing."
