Little Caesars Pizza

"***Updated 2/16/24*** Stopped in at 1040pm (20 mins before they close) to get some bread sticks. They already had the lights off. I opened the door, asked for bread sticks, they said, "No, we don't have anything." and they locked the door behind me. There's a timestamp on my picture about 10 mins after getting back in my car because it took me about that long to write this and to find the watermark setting in my camera. Not the first time food served has been undercooked and disgusting. This store was making a comeback for a while but now it's worse than ever. They don't answer the phone after 9pm (according to cashier it's because they don't take special or custom orders that close to closing.. .. they close at 10pm). Every time I order the EXACT same thing but the total is ALWAYS different. ..Varies $5- $10 (between $22-$32). Whatever changed at this location definitely changed for the worse.. after numerous chances I give up. I'm boycotting this location for good."

"The staff seem to hate their jobs. They don’t have change so you can’t buy your family food if you have cash (big bills) on you. The wings are the size of (or smaller than) a finger and they want to charge you over a dollar each. See picture as reference."

"By far the best Little Ceasars in the area. Very consistent and well made pizza most of the time. Deep dish and stuft crust highly recommended over standard pizzas. Thin crust also pretty good."

"My hubby and I get food from here all the time. We have never had any issues with any of the pizza or service. The new thin crust Little Caesar’s is a must try. We love the Italian bread with it. This is a great location. Can be busy at times so just make sure you get your order in ahead of time!"

"DO NOT GET YOUR PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. I should have read the reviews first. I order a large Pretzel Crust pizza. The pizza crust they prepared was irregular: EXTREMELY thin on one side and EXTREMELY thick on the other. Why didn't the preparer see that as he was preparing my pizza? As a result (and I have pictures), the pizza came out EXTREMELY uneven: One side a VERY thin crust and the other side a pan! Pretzel crust is supposed to have a cheese filling, right? - the paper thin crust side can't possibly have cheese in it. It's COMPLETELY flat! - on the paper thin side, the pretzel salt was just tossed onto the pizza itself and not the crust! I kindly went back to the store and asked for the manager. The girl with the dirty tee shirt and no name tag said she his the "store manager". I asked her, "Do you see what's wrong with this pizza?" She stared at it for a long time and said, "No. What's wrong with it?" I pointed out the obvious. She said, "We can't mash down the crust and make it even. We can't control how the pizza comes out." The "manager" completely missed the point of QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE THE PIZZA GOES INTO THE OVEN. - Corporate needs to train this "manager" and teach her how to recognize when a pizza quality is unacceptable because she literally doesn't know. I even showed customers outside waiting for their pizza and they INSTANTLY recognized how awful the pizza was. The "manager's" response indicated that she lacks the basic knowledge of pizza making. One CAN control how the pizza crust turns out if the pizza is prepared properly in the first place. This was the very first time I was attempting to try the Pretzel Crust pizza. I never did get to try it. I returned the pizza and got my money back. I asked for the "manager's" name. She said, "Alondra". I would like someone from Corporate to please contact me (please see my complaint I submitted on the Little Caesars website). I am a customer who wanted to try this pizza. Because of poor "management" and poorly trained staff, I was unable to try the pizza."
