"This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I did my order online as walk-in pick up. When I get to the store the doors are locked, with no notice on the door. I knocked & kept knocking as the 2 girls working refused to look up to explain. My husband walked to the drive up window & the refused to open the door as he wasn't in a car (mind you, there was also 7 cars in line to order). They finally opened the window & my husband asked for our mobile order & Tatiana stated that they didn't want to deal with customers like my husband. When they handed him the order, we got the worst looking coffee. I ordered iced coffee with milk & light ice AND received a black coffee with no ice at all. My husband ordered an iced latter with oatmilk AND he got milk only with NO coffee. Our order was also missing half of our items.. I will NEVER go back to this awful location.. I am good at holding grudges too"
