"I like the food when they have it in stock. But they are consistently out of items. Today it was pretzels and hotdogs were 20 minutes wait. Last time they were out of ice cream and pizza. The time before that it was hotdogs and drink station was out. I thought the whole point of a low cost cafe was a positive customer experience after spending a ton of $ at the club."

"After an exhausting trip of saving money from buying in bulk, the only other thing you "need" in excess is an extra large beverage of your choice and a great pretzel! Unfortunately if you are doing your shopping here, you have the choice between 3 of the available 10-15 (?) different flavors (This was on 12-24-21 at 3 pm). The pizza was still great and the churros were acceptable. This isn't my normal experience in Sam's Club, but this also isn't my normal store I visit as well."
