"Place is ran by young and incompetent teens, they tried to deny the sale of donuts to us because they didn’t want to make more for the day at 7 am. Corporate needs to check this location out for doing better training and helping these young individuals know how to run a location."

"I went in to get donuts and an iced latte and asked kindly for oat milk, since I am extremely lactose. However when I got my latte it was barely had any color to it, mostly white, and tasted like pure milk. But before I even got my drink I was rushed out of the drive through. I’m disappointed in the service."

"Placed an online order the manager I'm assuming had on a blue polo blonde girl looks like she hasn't slept in days totally ignored me while I asked her a question about my hash browns, when I finally asked another employee she said it never popped up. I just walked out I'm not going to cause a scene. I managed a Dunkin myself I would be disappointed if this was my location. straight trash when it comes to customer service."

"My wife and I had a disappointing visit today. We came in to get two drinks to go, no customers were there at the time. I have waited a minute before somebody came to help me, no one was at the counter. The someone came and took my order what was iced tea, iced coffee and four donuts. While I was paying three people came in in two groups.The employee boxed my donuts and then started to take the other guests orders and make their food. She even didn’t start my drinks. People kept coming in. She was working by herself. Finally the manager came from the back to help her and the manager started make everyone’s drink at the same time. Rather then handing the drinks out in a order of which they were purchased. They came seven drinks at the same time. I didn’t know what drink is mine neither did the manager. After 20 minutes of waiting I got my Iced coffee and I already had no time to wait for Iced tea. I didn’t understand why everyone’s order was completed before mine. Despite good coffee and good donuts I will not be returning because of bad service."

"The Meh Dunkin I've been here a few times, and it's ok. The doughnut options are fewer now, and the ones they have run out fast. The doughnuts still taste good, but the prices seem to be skyrocketing. almost 10$ for half a dozen. The staff are kinda slow, but they are friendly. The place is clean and spacious. I also wished they had a drive-through, but you can't have it all I guess. I consider this place more of a coffee shop than a doughnut place. not sure if I'm ever returning. ***If anyone likes my honest reviews then please like my post and follow my google account*** -Thanks"
