"Tiffany has the WORST customer service I have ever seen!!!! She is extremely rude and has absolutely ZERO manners in person and on the phone! She's very short with her words and makes such an ugly starbucks experience. I have never felt so disrespected at a starbucks before. Usually the baristas are so super friendly. When telling Tiffany about the bad experience, her excuse to me was that she had another costumer, but the previous customer had left with their drink before she even took our order. If you hate your job, leave and get a new one that has no customer service needed because that's clearly NOT what you're good at!!!! Not sure who's doing the hiring at this location but maybe they need to look into someone with better customer service and makes customers feel welcome!!!!"

"I had a great experience two days in a row. I came into Starbucks around 3:30 pm both days There was only one staff member on hand and she was hit with a rush and she handled it well and with poise. Her name was Melody and I appreciate her professionalism. Keep up the good work!"
