"I ordered a double dough pizza 14in. Was given a thin crust instead. when I brought it back the worker lied to my face and said that’s how they do the double dough here. I’ve Been placing the same order for years just never at this location. I think I know the difference by now. Please Visit this location if you enjoy getting lied to and ripped off. Good luck"

"Been ordering from this location from over 10 years. Don't know what happened. It's terrible now. They won't take cash for deliveries, they burned my pizza. Never again. Lost a long time loyal regular. Will not be giving my business to rosatis again. Burned, dry, cold. Good luck."

"It’s really disappointing, because when the people who work at this location actually CARE ,, the food is great. i’ve been coming to this location for awhile and as of recently the service has gone down the DRAIN. I ordered one of their Chicago deep dish pizzas as I usually do and when I go to pick it up, it’s not even ready. Once I actually bring it home it is absolutely FLOODING the sides of the box with sauce and the dough is undercooked,, which is shocking because I waited longer for it than I should have. I call the location and whoever answers continues to tell me that they “overcooked it” and proceeded to ask me “ have you even tried it?” as if i WANTED to waste my time calling them about a RAW PIZZA. super embarrassing for this to be a family owned company and this is how it’s being represented. Do better."

"If I could give this place a BIG 0 star I would!!!! Called in for delivery for a 12inch thick crust and a 14 inch Hawaiian thin crust. When delivered got 2 12inch thick crust pizza's. Called and they told me I got what I ordered. I have had the thin crust before and explained that to him. Paid almost $50 for 2 small pizza that that I could of bought from the frozen section at Frys. The guy I talked to on the phone told me I would have to talk to the manager. Which of course wasn't supposedly there. Didn't even offer to make it right. Drove over to try and talk to the Manger but was told he wasn't there when another employee told me I was talking to the manager. Called him out and he told me his employee was new and didn't know what he was talking about. Asked for a receipt to show what I had paid for and he told he didn't know how and needed to wait for the Manger to call me. When I was actually talking to him. He proceeded to ask me to leave and I told him I just wanted a receipt. He picked up the phone and called 911 and told them I was threatening him. Waited for the police to show and they never did. Went back in and told him all I wanted was him to make my order right and what I paid for. This place is awful!!!! They don't care about their customers or the quality of food they sell."

"Andrew claimed to be a manager when I called to explain I received the wrong sandwich that was literally ice cold and ROCK hard like it was sitting in a refrigerator for DAYS. I ordered the beef with sports peppers on the side. I wanted them to come get this OLD, cold sausage thing with carrots,olives, and onions that's completely unedibale and bring me what I had actually ordered. I was shocked that something like this would have even made it out the door! He refused. He said that he would refund my money but would not send the correct order because "it costs more" to do that. I wasn't asking for my money back, just my correct order delivered to me. I paid delivery fees to have some old, gross sausage thing brought to me already. He was rude and hung up on me! I'm sad to say that this place has gone way downhill!!! My family will not be ordering from here every again!!"
