"Not professional and racist , cold coffee for me and for the next customer really nice and fresh coffe , really bad if this is normal for this place I won’t come again"

"According to the app I get free refills. Some lady with white hair refused me my refill h tried to charge me the full price. I am posting this on every social media platform that I use. This is completely BS! She needs to be fired!"

"We put in a mobile order in ahead of time and are still waiting 20 minutes later. There is one person in line and 4 people waiting for drink. After we finally got our coffee it taste terrible. I have never experienced this at any Starbucks. There is currently 3 girls working and you would think they were high or super tired. I think a snail would produce faster better tasting coffee. I will not be back again. It is 5/21 at 5:01pm. I think this is a major training opportunity. I would also like to add that there is no personality with any of these girls. If you hate your job quit."

"The manager was the worst manager I ever encountered at Starbucks. This time around the holidays I think is all about giving and being nice with each other. I nicely asked for a favor if they can split a venti coffee in 2. It was around 5pm so my mom and I wanted just to share a coffee, we couldn’t drink a full size one. When I asked the favor at other Starbucks they were super nice to honor the request. This time I received a very mean look and cold answer NO WE CAN’T. I am a manager myself and tells me no lack of customer service skills and negative attitude. Very sad to see Starbucks hires people with this type of negative attitude especially around the holidays. After this experience the two grandes I finally ordered and paid for did not taste great as they normally do. Very sad to experience this at this time of year."

"Nothing is fresh at this Starbucks. The customer service and quality control needs improvement. I ordered a strawberry acai. They use dried strawberries instead of fresh. I almost bought a pastry until there were flies flying over and on the food."
