"Chicken here is hit and miss, usually always undercooked inside with the tenders. I've had continuous issues with their staff not double checking drinks before handing them out. I have a medical condition and cannot have sugary drinks without a ER trip involved, and 3 times now, this location has given me normal soda over my diet/zero sugar ordered drinks. 1 sip in and it was obvious. I've spoken to their on duty manager once already and asked they use the indicators on the lids to ensure it doesn't happen. But it's happened 1 more time since then. I now just ask to be handed my drink empty and I'll fill it up, and for them to toss the 1 they made out. It isn't just a "fad" or weight loss choice, it's medical for many and can be dangerous."

"Wondering why no line 6:50pm(10-11-24) Because there was not one car in the drive thru. Pulled up to the speaker, waited a few minutes smh, then gave my order, but then was asked how many ketchups I needed, I said one, didn’t hear anything for another couple of minutes, then was asked again how many ketchups, I replied one, then I was asked my name, that’s when I drove away, smh As I passed through the drive through window, I saw the staff in a huddle in the kitchen! Never again! No time for stupidity!"

Dana whom took our order was so genuinely excited to take our order and once she found out it was our first time there she gave us the best insider order and completely impressed us.
