"So impressed with the service at Moncada Wheels, Tires and Suspension! A tire repair service is usually am unexpected expense, and as such, I had not budgeted for it. I let the staff know not to mount the new tire yet because I had to contact a few people to try to get the money together to pay. After about an hour on my phone, I had gotten the money and told the staff that they could proceed with the replacement, to which they replied that they "already had" (completed the replacement, even knowing that there was the possibility that I might not have been able to pay). I felt it was a really impressive gesture. Additionally, staff loaded the replacement tire back into my truck for me and made sure I got some cold (alkaline) water. My overall experience at Moncada Wheels is exactly how brands earn customer loyalty and I strongly recommend Moncada for all your tire, wheel and suspension needs and emergencies. Also, this store/location accepts CashApp."
