"When ordering, the music was so loud I couldn't hear the person asking what I wanted. Our sandwiches had very little meat....mostly lettuce and Mayo. One sandwich was so small my grandson ask us...What in the world? Will not go here again. Music way too loud entire time."
"The phone number for this Jimmy John's does not work. This compounded the situation I will describe. I ordered two sandwiches for delivery. I waited over an hour. No one answered the phone number listed here (the one in the app is the same). I finally had my wife go to the store while I waited just in case the driver showed up. One of the other residents in my apartment complex was very honest and brought my food to me. Apparently, the driver delivered to one of the other buildings and left the food without an actual handoff. No offer of a refund was ever made and the store was adamant they delivered to the correct location. To boot, my order was wrong (wrap instead of sandwich but whatever). I am extremely unimpressed with the lack of customer service and accountability. This store is poorly run. Do not eat here and definitely do not order delivery. Oh yeah, don't ever think of redeeming rewards here. They don't participate."
"This is absolutely the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. The management was extremely rude and the place was filthy. We ended up turning around and walking out. The tall mouthy Asian guy making sandwiches had on short sleeves and tattoos completely covering all of his arms and he looked like a Japanese crime family member. We definitely didn't want them making our sandwiches.!"
"This is what I would consider a public service announcement to all in Sierra Vista. The person in the restaurant that introduced himself as the general manager openly admitted that he’s been sick for the past 5 days with 102 fever and still going into work. If you want to risk getting sick just be warned starting at the top they don’t care about your health or wellbeing. They only care about keeping the business open. I placed an order here today for two sandwiches. They ended up making one of them wrong, not a big deal. I call into the restaurant to let them know that one of my sandwiches was made incorrectly. The first person to answer the phone didn’t give me their name or even acknowledge that I had called Jimmy John’s. Then when I asked to speak with the manager they were hesitant and then came back with questioning why I needed to speak with a manager. I explained that a sandwich had been made incorrectly and that I would like to speak with the manager about it. Then they say the manager is busy, when I say I can wait I hear the manager over the phone say how they don’t want to deal with me. I tell the employee I’m speaking with that I’ll just come down to the restaurant. When I got to the restaurant the employee I was speaking with over the phone says he’s the assistant manager and I explained that at this point I want to be given the information to contact the general manager and the name of the manager that didn’t want to speak to me over the phone. This is when another employee said that he was the general manager and started to argue with me. He started to give me a bunch of excuses as to why he was at work when he shouldn’t be and that if he wasn’t there then the restaurant wouldn’t be open and then I wouldn’t even be able to order a sandwich. He then proceeds to tell me the reason he didn’t want to speak over the phone is that he is sick and has been for the past 5 days. He also stated that he was running a fever of 102. If the owner of this franchise reads this I hope you value your customers health more then your current GM does. This is not acceptable by any standard."
"A coworker ordered food to be delivered at our job and I guess things were missing cause the delivery driver came back, sat a bag on the counter, and started walking away. I said “have a good day” and I was given a pissed off “mmmm” as if I was the one who did something wrong. I get if you’re mad but in a place of business in front of our customer to someone who wasn’t even the one who ordered was messed up. The customer I was helping and the next in line both were surprised at the attitude and response. If you’re miserable with your job don’t take it out on random people."
