"Positive: our waiter was a pleasant person. Pies are good. Negative: slow service, food was unpleasant, hash browns undercooked, coffee pre-mix literally tastes like milk, not coffee. overall taste was unpalatable. Dined with family who agreed the food was terrible. It is absolutely not worth the price. Go elsewhere. I will not come back here."

"Very unsettling, staff is yelling at each other very unprofessional and arguing in the kitchen, slamming things. So loud everyone eating their food with their families can hear. Staff walking out. People were waiting for their orders that got lost in queue, others waiting to pay, people walking in were not being told that at least would be a wait due to the issues they were already having with half of the place full. Instead they kept seating more people. After the staff was already clearly overwhelmed. It was a horrible experience and my kids were there watching it all. Food is always good is why we come but we will definitely be going to another location. This one specifically needs to be reviewed by corp or owners!!! Asap"

"When we visited there must have been a staff shortage. It was incredibly slow service and the restaurant was not busy. The food was ok but a little dry. They were also out of several items for some dishes."

"Just because it was free pie Wednesday & they had no pies available like any other Village Inn I've been to. Got the Philly cheese steak skillet with Pumpkin spice pancakes & Arnold Palmer lemonade tea. Food was really good! Loved the pumpkin spice pancakes with extra walnut Caramel sauce. The server was informative, quick and always checked on us reasonably. Pricing is affordable for 2, we paid $40!"
