"I was on my way home and noticed my truck pulling pretty bad. I stopped through today just to get a quick air pressure check. Ryder was nice enough to let me know that the reason my tire pressure was off was due to bad valve stems. He then asked if I had a few minutes and if so offered to change out the bad valve stems for me. He said they had an open bay and he would feel safer if he got them changed out for me. Talk about customer service. He went above and beyond to get me in and out in a timely manner even though they were busy. He very easily could have just filled the tires and sent me on the way. But he took the extra time to make sure he fixed a problem I didn't even know I had. I stopped in today by chance, but I will definitely go back because of how I was treated. Great to meet you Ryder, and thanks for taking care of my truck. Top notch service."
