"I initially reached out to them about getting trim for my ‘17 M240i and asked about a quote and timeframe. I heard back very quickly from Matt and I ended up ordering a set. I’ve read from other reviews some people in the past had issues with communication and delays but I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I ordered my set and we sourced a core set of trim to use because I opted to keep my original pieces. After that I just let Matt do his thing. He sent pictures throughout the process and kept me updated. If I had any questions he answered them quickly and really my experience has been great. The process took about 6 weeks and it arrived with no issues. The trim itself was incredibly well made and it fit with no issues. Fitment is perfect. The price is fair considering the dry-carbon OEM trim is about the same price (more if you buy the carbon M2 dash piece). I chose to keep my original trim so when I sell the car I can put the old one back in and keep this carbon set to use in the M2 when I upgrade. If you send your own trim then the price is even better as you save a solid $250. Overall I’ve had a fantastic experience and the trim is incredible. It really changes the interior of the car for the better by getting rid of that silver trim. Definitely will order again if I need more pieces done."
