"This past week, we unfortunately had to put down my dog, Winston. On the day of his appointment, we decided to stop and give him one last pup cup. I asked the “Bro-ista” if it were possible to get the largest pup cup they could make and explained the circumstances. I ordered a drink as well to hopefully offset the cost of what it would have been to make the pup cup. Not only did they cover my drink, the whole crew hand-delivered Winston the biggest pup cup that I have ever seen. There must have been 7 or 8 workers who came out to our car give him his last treat. It was completely unexpected, but I felt so supported during one of the worst days that I have had. I am thankful for this crew and what they did for our guy that day. This Dutch Bros will always be a location that I make sure to support."
"Many great options to choose from drinks even to snacks. I usually recommend the rebels for premium caffeine, they are sweet with a good taste depending on the flavor you get and a hint of red bull hidden."
"I go to Dutch religiously. I was trying to use up my points before they expire for the new year :/ Today for whatever reason, I waited in the drive thru for 27 mins. (9:40am-10:07) I ordered a large golden eagle cold brew and a double rainbro. I didn't know "no ice" meant cold pour, I just didn't want my drink watered down. They flubbed it so I didn't get charged extra, but I received medium coffee instead of my large. Just wanted some of those sweet sweet points. It's all good but dear God they need some help figuring out their lines. Thunderbird location does a much better job managing traffic!!!!"
