"Me and my husband hit something on the i10 that mad are tire explode shortly after that David pulled up right behind use and asked if he can help me and my husband where kind in shock. So David asked my husband to pop his trunk and we found out my car wasn't optioned with a spare so David wrote down the tire size and took my husband to a tire shop to buy a used one just to get us home. Me and my husband where amazed that not only did he take the rim off but he changed the tire with 2 bars and some water it's hard to find a company that actually cares about there customer and it's even harder to find people willing to do so but for David to stop to help someone he doesn't know assuming it was a long day from the looks of his jeans was amazing I could only imagine how they treat there customers my husband works for shnider transport and he will be telling upper management what David did that day, thank you to who ever hired this person and thank you jacks tire and oil."

"I dropped off 6 tirea to be recapped and was told they would be done in 1-2 weeks. I came to pick them up in 3 weeks and only 1 was done with the correct tred. 2 were recapped with wrong tred. So the offered to swap out the 2 that were recapped incorrectly with recaped tires they had in stock."
