"I came in for an oil change, and to check my brakes. They offer a free inspection! They informed me my brakes were good for a bit longer, and recommended a fluid flush out, and said my spark plugs were due to be changed per the manufacturers mileage at 100k, but they didn’t press me. I didn’t feel pressured to get more than I needed and felt fully welcome! Jose greeted me at the start, and the other gentlemen at the front desk checked me out. He was super friendly and informative, even let me know how much the spark plugs would cost so I could plan for it for the next time(if I had wanted it)! Super pleasant!! I will always return to sun devil auto!! Even the guy who did my oil change was cute and friendly!!"

"This place is the absolute worst! TRUST THE 1 STARS. There is someone mentioning an alignment and they messed it up is true! They told me my car is pulling because of my tires in the front are bad. I just got brand spanking new tires installed 2 weeks ago and there are no issues with my tires. Then tried to tell me all my work before the alignment will cost 5 thousand plus dollars!!! Save your time effort and energy this place is dishonest and This is not the 1st time they did this. Will not come back."

I'm from Seattle so he looked me up on Facebook and got my wallet back to me along with the $300 cash. Of course I gave him a reward of $100. The manager Brad made sure that my wallet stayed in the office until I picked it up. Just goes to show you there are honest people still out there.
