"It’s ridiculous to order a menu item, pay full price for it, and only receive about 2/3 of the drink. This is not a mistake or a one-off but a regular issue at this location. It is incredibly frustrating to pay and only receive a portion of what you order, especially when it is a regular menu item that should have instructions for baristas to make the drink to fill the sizes available. Please just give us all of what we’re paying for, other locations do it."
"I’ve visited this Starbucks numerous times and they are ALWAYS friendly. No matter the barista, I always have a pleasant experience here, which is why I choose this location over others nearby. I once made a mobile order, picked up my drink, but forgot my scone and didn’t remember until the end of the day. I called the store and they offered to give me my scone and asked me when would be convenient for me to come by. Not only is the service too tier but the coffees I order never disappoint!"
